Nuestro apartamento de 33 m², que se completó en 2018, está diseñado para hasta 3 personas y está ubicado en la parte sureste de Nuremberg.

El moderno apartamento, totalmente equipado con calefacción por suelo radiante, tiene una cocina equipada (estufa, horno, refrigerador y pequeños electrodomésticos), baño con ducha, una cama doble (180 cm x 200 cm) y un sofá con función para dormir, así como un televisor y acceso a WiFi.

Hay plazas de aparcamiento disponibles directamente en frente del apartamento bajo petición. Las toallas y la ropa de cama están incluidas en el precio. Una plancha también está incluida en el apartamento. Tabla de planchar disponible.

Las paradas de autobús y las tiendas están cerca.

Schöner Aufenthalt in N-Altenfurt
FeWo als Start für die Erkundung der Stadt Bürnberg. Sehr gut mit ÖPNV erreichbar. Man kann ohne große Wartezeiten mit den Öffis von Altenfurt bis Zeppelinfeld/HBf/ Innenstdt/Hauptmarkt/Kaiserburg fahren. Wohnung am Stadtrand mit Blick auf die Schafweide, sehr schön. Stadt Feucht in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch per Öffi erreichbar

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist modern, liebevoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Man fühlt sich hier als Gast wirklich willkommen. Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und von dort aus ist man schnell und einfach in alle Richtungen unterwegs. Für uns war es der ideale Ort.

Excellent apartment, quiet area, but good bus links to train stations. Nearby supermarket (REWE) and seversl restaurants (Chinese and Vietnamese) and an excellent take-away pizza within 5 mins walk (Pizza 1). Host was very friendly and extra helpful. Great experience and thoroughly recommended.

Wir hatten trotz dem Regen ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Nürnberg. Die Fewo ist wunderschön und es ist alles da, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen (inclusive einem Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank). Perfect, everything that's needed
We had a great time at the apartment. Located in the peaceful suburbs, away from the noise and traffic but still plenty of transportation options, stores and restaurants nearby. It was clean, plenty spacious and had everything we needed (hairdryer, coffee maker, water cooker, ...). The property is above the owner's home, but well insulated against noise, both outside and inside. It has a separate entrance and a parking space next to the house, which is a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were easy as Walther, the host, speaks fluent English, and gave us a little tour when we arrived. The Siemens training centre (reason of our visit) is just a few minutes by car, or 25min on foot. The Messe (event hall) and inner city of Nürnberg are also easily accessible (bus/car). We would gladly return, much nicer than a much more expensive hotel!
