“This place and location was perfect for our family of four. It was so nice to have some local treats upon arrival and our kiddos found the chocolates right away. The yard is relaxing and the property well equipped with kitchen items, games, and other things you might need but forgot to pack. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood is great, and the owners genuinely want to know when something is not functioning or missing. Highly recommend and hope we can return to this property.”

“We had a great trip to Albuquerque, made even better by this adorable Adobe. Communication with the owner was effortless. Check-in procedures were clear and easy. The location was convenient to what we wanted to do and we felt very safe in this house. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities. It also has off-street parking behind a security gate and a huge backyard. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice and spacious. Three good size bathrooms for each bedroom area. Huge kitchen. We actually saw deer in the yard a couple of times! Heating system is good. Water gets hot pretty quickly. If you are not used to driving on snow and ice, you may want to pass on this property. The drive is very winding and hilly. Luckily, it was mostly gone from the roads for us. We really enjoyed this house!”

“We loved staying here. We loved each room having its own bathroom. The kids loved the arcade game. The ping pong was a hit as well. We loved seeing the deer visiting the property. The closeness to town was also nice. Loved that there was lots of outdoor seating around the fire table and other areas of seating outside as well. ”

“The little house was perfect for us with a gas cooking stove, a kitchen with every tool you need, separate bedrooms and a large washer and dryer. When the ductless split heating units in the bedrooms failed to handle the early blast of winer complete with 6 inches of snow, the host offered to refund the entire amount. “We absolutely loved staying here! Check-in was a breeze and the house was furnished well and very clean. Beds are very comfortable as well! It is centrally located, so it did not take long to get to different attractions and events as well as wonderful food! We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to Albuquerque!”

“The house was very clean and pretty well stocked. Really cute electric fireplace. Big airy living room with open floor plan to the kitchen. Two bathrooms was a bonus. The neighborhood seemed a bit concerning at first (being just outside of downtown) but turned out to be quite nice and very centrally located. The nearby restaurants were good especially Cocina Azul which was exceptional!”
