The area for a group gathering is small and not overly functional but we were there so little that it was ok. Great neighborhood and location to everything in Denver.”

“ We LOVED the location! We were looking for a place that was an upgrade from a hotel room for 2 adults and 2 kids (9 & 12 yrs old) and our dog. The carriage house is close to all the things and we loved daily walks at Sloan lake park. Just to be clear, this unit is not 2,000 sq. Ft. It’s more like a loft apartment, but it was great to have an upstairs for me and my husband and the kids slept fine on the fold away couch. “My partner and I booked this stay to enjoy a lowkey trip to Denver, and this house was perfect! It was very spacious and comfortable, especially for just the two of us. It was super walkable to a ton of great food and a dispensary, and a bit of a longer walk gets you to Union Station, 16th St. Mall, and just about everything you could want if you are like me and would rather walk + public transport than have to drive anywhere. The hot tub felt private and was a very enjoyable amenity as well!...

“Quick access to I-70 and I-25. The backyard looked beautiful, but the weather changed just before we got there and it was too cold and windy to go out and enjoy. The house was clean, comfortable and well equiped.”

“This property was ideal as it offered each adult their own bedroom and bath. It was only a short distance to the Conference Center as well as other amenities and the property is exactly as featured in the pictures. Very nice and comfortable.”

“Best location. Very comfortable and well stocked as a home should be. Beds from heaven. Accommodates a group of 6 adults easily with plenty of privacy. Parking is easy. Very close to Freeway access. Most accommodating host ever! Denver was 10X better when you stay at this home! Worth every penny!”

“Nicely appointed three level house in upscale high level area. Unit includes a crows nest/rooftop viewing of downtown Denver. Location is absolutely fantastic. Proximity to downtown, union station, Coors Field, Denver Museum is great. Lots of dining choices within walking distance.”

“The room was spacious and clean, and the area provided plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only drawback is parking. There are only so many dedicated spots for this accommodation. Plus, the street nearby is free but also fairly busy, given the live, happening restaurants nearby. It could present a challenge if you're not lucky. ”
