“Look forward to renting in the future.we moved our son into his apartment in the Pearl area. Its a few blocks away but walkable. Lots of great local restaurants in walking distance to property. Property clean and well maintained. Includes all the comforts of home. Traveled with our dog, appreciated the privacy fence and small yard. If you have a full size truck you wont be able to park in garage. You will have to park it horizontal in front of garage. The mid size SUV fit in garage. ”

A very quick and easy walk into Gruene and to float the river. Even allowed for a low key day of splashing and playing down in river close to the propert.”

“We loved our recent stay at these beautiful condos. It was roomy, clean, and super cute with very comfy beds. The location is fantastic—just a short walk/drive to Gruene. The outdoor common area made for a great spot to sip our morning coffee. Access to a grill was an added bonus. Highly recommend!”
