Relaxing family vacation right on the beach
This property was perfect for my son’s 40th birthday. We enjoyed 4 nights in the dunes. Quiet, and peaceful. Beautiful views! We loved it!!!

Perfect Get Away
Wonderful, well equipped house, right on the bayside beach, with easy access to Provincetown, whale watches, National Seashore beaches and the incredible dunes and nature of the Province Lands. Our English friends loved the quintessential American Cape Cod experience!

Very enjoyable
In general, we were very pleased with our stay. Location was great. Would have liked a better view but understood the natural grasses and Queen Anne’s Lace and rugosa Rosa’s helps the environment.

Wonderful beach house on the bay
We had a wonderful stay here. We really loved that our kids were in and out of the bay all day while we relaxed on lounge chairs. We used the kayaks and the many beach chairs, umbrellas and water toys. The house is very well-maintained and has zero signs of mustiness from the nearby bay which we appreciated for our sensitive family members with allergies. The bed are really comfortable and we loved the water views from the bedrooms. The layout with a set-off first floor bedroom worked well for our large group and allowed privacy when needed. The owner and manager were extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of for questions and issues that arose. We enjoyed being a very short drive from Provincetown and being able to pop in for dinner or sightseeing without making it a full day trip. Thanks for a great family vacation getaway.

family getaway
The house was perfect for our family getaway. We loved the location and enjoyed morning runs to Provincetown, bike rides and dune hikes. Private access to the beach was a slice of paradise. Eric and Susan were wonderful, responsive hosts. We will definitely be returning in the future.

RIGHT on the beach!
We had a WONDERFUL week on Shore Road. The very close proximity to the beach made the house incredibly special! We were able to put our 5 month old down for a nap in the house and take the baby monitor to the beach! Also, we all felt the inside of the house was lovely, comfortable and had great views. We highly recommend this house for a family or friend vacation, especially with young children as it made going back and forth to the beach very easy!

Wonderful stay
The house, view, and location were stunning. We stayed in the off season and still admired and enjoyed the beach. Amenities were convenient. Everything we needed (pots, pans, utensils, etc) for home cooked meals available. Beds were very comfortable. Property manager was friendly and responsive, very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Winter Escape!
We went in the “off season” - our favorite time of the year at the cape! The house is stunning with endless beach walking, located close to the dunes, race point beach, herring cove beach, P town etc. The house has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay! Whether you decide to wonder off to local attractions or hang out at the house. Hosts are very responsive and communicative. All around an awesome property and experience. Highly recommend!

Family time in Truro
This house perfectly suited our family needs! We were 6 adults, two 3 year olds & a 21 month old. The location to the beach is ideal. The house is well taken care of and has every amenity you need.Perfect for R&R. A couple small issues were taken care of very quickly by Eric or Susan. Highly recommend!

This property was divine, even in chilly April. To wake up to the ocean views was amazing and so calming. So close to P-town, dune hikes, Wellfleet. Great family place to relax!

Spectacular Location and a very upscale house.
We vacation to the Cape every year. Each year we enjoy the stay, but have always kept looking for a better space closer to the beach. I’m very particular with comfort, cleanliness, and high end features. This house did not disappoint! You cannot get any closer to the beach and all rooms have amazing views! The pictures do not capture how accommodating the space is to large groups of people. We will be returning soon.

Wonderful space, good location
Our family of eight really enjoyed the house, having the beach only steps away, and the proximity to Ptown. The noise from the road was annoying at times, and in late June the sun sets too far to the north to get the full effect. Sue, who represented the property management, was extremely responsive to a number of requests we had.

The best views
This house is everything you see in the listing. Right on the beach, spacious, well-stocked, and conveniently located to grocery stores, charming P-town and Rte. 6. The views are beautiful from every window. Eric is very responsive in answering any questions too!
