“Recently renovated property that has been completed to a high standard. Room was well appointed with cooking facilities, wifi, smart tv, ac and the shower was amazing. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Free parking below. Sylvia park is walkable. ”

“Easy to book, friendly and great service. Arrived in the middle of the night and room was warm. With the small heater on. Especially since it is still very cold in Auckland at this time. ”

“This is our second stay here this year. We love the location close to the motorway. The family unit is great because there are beds and a toilet upstairs, and another bed with bathroom downstairs. So the kids feel like they have their own independent area. We did hear a bit of noise from the adjoining room this time, but overall it’s reasonably quiet.”
