“This is an exceptionally clean and well organized property. The owners have truly poured their hearts into it and it shows. The location is amazing, being right on the Makai golf course and so close to the Princeville center. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. “This place was amazing! Cute guest house with two bedrooms and a loft. Well stocked kitchen. Views from the property at every window were gorgeous! Step onto the beach from the private yard. It is a small bay that seems only accessible by property owners along the few properties that line it. Very private and swim able. I loved waking up here every morning! “Lovely cottage, easy walk to market, great walkway toward Hanalei, cool path down the cliff to the beach! We have stayed in this cottage before and always will!”

“We got in late & were very tired The ease of getting into the cottage was very smooth. It is a charming cottage, but needs a couple home improvement issues addressed like the sliding door of the upstairs bedroom, one of the doors seemed to be off the hinge & the carpet downstairs has kind of an odor. I always travel with a diffuser, so no big deal. All in all, we had a lovely stay. Close to the beach, great location, quiet & peaceful. Would stay again. Thank you!”

“Gilligans is a gem in a jungle like environment. The house is clean and neat with many special features such as the flora in the yard which includes many flowering plants, a lime tree, and a huge avocado tree. We especially enjoyed the cats that come visiting and the ever present flock of chickens which made us feel right at home, Tony and his staff keep this place well stocked to meet all your needs.”

“This was a great property. We spent most of our time on the wonderful front porch. The outdoor shower was amazing after a day at the beach. Property management was extremely attentive and quick to our request for boogie boards and a new coffee maker. We can’t wait to return.”
