“My family and I enjoyed our recent stay at the Sunrise condos at Sunday River. This unit has plenty of space to accommodate a large family or a group. The unit itself is of a certain time and has been well loved, but everything we used was in working order. The kitchen area has been updated. We enjoyed the ski storage area and the unit was convenient to the main base. My kids enjoyed all of the books that the unit had and thought the bunk bed room was great. Overall a good, comfortable stay.”

The registration book was so cool to flip through and see the people from all walks of life who've graced this lovely condo. Thank you for having this spot which created so many core memories for our two girls - 7 and 3 years old. ”

“Property was clean, pool was nice and warm. Bunkbeds are a bit shaky which sucks for the person on the bottom bunk, could be more stout. We did not use the pull out in the living room but the couch was comfortable to lounge on. Dont plan on having sharp knives…hint to owner. One bathroom was a bit rough with 4 people staying but we made do. Only other complaint is that the hot water heater must be very small, take 2 minute showers or you will run out of hot water quickly. Other than those...

“As first time Sunday River visitor, this ski in ski out was perfect for our family. Everything is out your door, ski down the hill to a lift, locker for all skis, hot tub/pool was a hit for our kids. Clean condo, great spot”
