Better than pictured but missing a few items
We switched to this fourth floor unit after being concerned about the eighteenth floor booking (fear of heights). The unit is much better than the pictures. It was a bit narrow in the unit as I'm sure all Baywatch units are to some degree but we quickly adjusted to this. The only issue we really had was due to missing items in the kitchen like paper towels, a pot holder, and even salt and pepper. The lack of these items forced us to go out to the store to pick them up. Not a huge thing but definitely an annoyance since we tend to overlook these items until they aren't there.
We only used the outside pools, which were great. At least one of them has salt water.
A note to others. If you are short or clumsy getting in and out of the jacuzzi bathtub could pose a problem. It's a tub and shower combination so it's not something you can skip. The tub itself is great if you use it. You may just need to come up with a plan as to how you're going to get in and out of it.
