“Time spent on the front porch watching the ocean and the boardwalkers go by was worth the price alone! Being just one house in from the boardwalk was actually better than being right on it. Also, when the May gray rolled in, we could adjourn to the private upstairs patio for warmer shelter without leaving the fresh air. What a great way to spend a week in San Diego.”

There were ants in the kitchen near the sink the whole time no matter how much we cleaned, the gutter is missing a piece right over the door so we got dripped on in the mornings and had a wet door mat which made it hard to keep from tracking dirty footsteps in, many drawers didn’t open easily or at all in rooms, and the pullout sofa bed appeared to have broken...

“We loved our stay here! The place was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We cooked everyday, and had a little trouble with the stove at first, but Ryan kindly came over to show us how to operate it. Their place is close to everything-the beach, restaurants, airport and train station. Restaurants and beaches are very close within walking distance. You do not need a car to stay here. We can’t wait to come back!”
