Very comfy
Easy check in and easy communication with the owners, it was clean and had a very well equipped kitchen as well. Possibly the only thing we noticed is that it is a bit dark in the living room but otherwise was ab excellent stay

Great little getaway
Took a weekend golf trip to Little Rock area. The house was located in anice quiet neighborhood. The house was nice and accommodated out group well. Host was attentive and help in anyway. I recommend this house to anyone! Great stay

Great trip
This is a wonderful home to rent. The manager was very quick to respond. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog. The neighborhood is quiet. The walk around the different lakes were great. There are grocery stores close by. The beds were very comfortable. We have stayed at other VRBO’s and they were not comfortable. You will have a great stay.

Peaceful home near Lake so lovely
So grateful for this place to be available during my stay in NLR/Sherwood visiting & helping my father. I grew up in Lakewood area and later my parents again had home near lake 6 so I knew this area well. It was such a joy to be so close for what I needed plus getting some lovely morning and evening walks near the lake & old mill was simply the best I could've asked for. They keep this house very well and it suited me perfectly. Thanks!

Hidden gem with all of the comforts of home.
My family and I were visiting Little Rock for our son's 3-day tennis tournament. We were a party of 2 adults, 2 teens and a dog. The property was clean, comfortable and spacious. The 3 bedrooms afforded us the ability to spread out and have personal space. The well equipped kitchen was perfect for our needs. We were able to cook at home for several meals. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. The quiet neighborhood was lovely. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. There are 2 lovely parks within a short walk from the home, and the walk to "The Old Mill" was wonderful also. It is a beautiful place for quiet reflection and for photos. The home was well equipped and provided everything we needed. The host was easily reached and responded immediately to any and all questions we had. We loved our stay at this property and would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend it.

Way over priced, the refrigerator was dirty and had hair, the drawer by the trashcan was broke and sticking out. The driveway isn't made for smaller cars. I would not stay again.

We did not spend much time here other than sleeping but it was exactly what we needed. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. The check-in and out process was simple. The owner was extremely responsive to questions and polite. The home qas clean, beds comfortable, and the property was easy to access and in reasonable driving distance to attractions in Little Rock.

Great house and location
From the first day of the reservation the property manager was in contact. He was helpful in looking for activities for us and pointed out places to see while we were there. Upon arrival, house was exactly as described and neighborhood was safe. The home had snacks ready for us which was much appreciated as we had gotten there later than expected and was hungry. The kitchen was stoked with spices, coffee and tea. House wifi was good and streaming options on the tv was excellent. Overall the property manager and the house get 10 stars from us.

Very quiet
Me and my family unexpectedly had to stay in little rock for a week. This quiet house made that stay much eazier. The house is very accurate to the listing and host was very responsive to questions. The outside sitting areas are amazing, private, quiet and exactly what we needed. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We will stat again if and when in the area.

Nice Place
The house was nice and in a nice neighborhood. Being originally from Arkansas I was a little nervous about booking in NLR but upon arrival the nerves went away. Good neighborhood. Also the owner was very responsive to questions and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. And there was a nice back yard for our dog.

COZY! Perfect mid-century bungalo
This is a great little house - perfect for a get-away or spot to spend a few days. Convenient location - right off multiple arteries that make it easy to get to/from. Quiet, cozy neighborhood. It's an authentic mid-century bungalo on an older property with great shade and vegetative growth. The corner location provides nice privacy and separation from neighbors and accommodates staged parking (for various schedules of guest comings and goings). Photos are misleading--the living and kitchen areas are a little bigger than the photos suggest (unusual!) Also - lake shown in photo is not on the property. The ranch-style home layout has lots of bennies (noisy kitchen, outdoor deck and entry door are at opposite end of house as bedrooms). And those who have lived in these beautiful older homes know they also have few challenges that are easily accommodated (had to crank up the A/C, kitchen drawers tough to close, etc). What a great find! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
