“Communication and check in flawless, the cottage was clean and peaceful . Bed was comfortable, the TV in the bedroom either needs additional instruction on how to get it to work or needs to be replaced. The bathroom toilet needs to be replaced and the tub needs to be scrubbed . The living room furniture could use an upgrade. The kitchen window should have a blind for privacy. Overall stay was very affordable and we would stay there again. Thanks !”

“We came to town for a baseball tournament out of Dandridge. We were less than 30 minutes from the ball field making it super nice. Our family enjoyed the pool most days before and after our long, hot games! We were able to squeeze in Splash Country one day which was a reasonable commute”

“The pictures online showed a 4 burner stove and oven, but it just had a 2 burner stove and no oven.. we rented based on model photos, so it would have been better if we knew what we were getting. Other than that. It was great!”

“For the most part it was very quiet and peaceful. You are close to the road so you can hear the louder vehicles when they pass. The cabin is older but in very good shape. Everything worked as expected. Lovely deck with locking gates which was nice for taking the dog out. There is ample parking but if more than one car you will need to be strategic. Ultimately we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.”

“Only stayed one night, it worked perfectly. Slept 3 of us perfectly and the fold out couch was super comfortable as well! Very clean and only 15 minutes from the main part of Knoxville. Easy check-in and check-out process. On the very end of a road in a nice neighborhood so it felt very secluded and safe. ”
