We enjoyed breakfast, the coffee was nice & strong & the service fast & friendly. The king bed was very comfy, the bathroom with shower was small but very clean, the shower walls are so cool and the light/fan in the bathroom gives you an option to have a black light (purple), on our next visit I would book the king...

“This is a really lovely property on a tree-lined street with relatively easy access to restaurants, markets, local beaches and even the Newport Jazz/Folk Fest. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is quite nice and the lounge/living area is very welcoming. A really nice backyard if you need to let the kids run around for a bit or if just you want have a beer while you grill out or take in the lush scenery. Check-in/Access process was super easy. Would stay again.”

“I booked this home for my older sister’s bachelorette with 16 girls, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was beautiful, spacious, and comfortably fit everyone. We loved using the outdoor area in the mornings to relax, sunbathe, and read. The location was ideal—just a quick drive over the bridge into Newport! Communication with the host was smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!”
