“Pudimos hacer el check in antes de las 16:00. Aunque en el anuncio pone casa entera, la realidad es que la compartimos con los huéspedes de 3 habitaciones más. Suficientes enchufes en la habitación y armario con perchas. Todo muy muy limpio. Cama cómoda, aunque las almohadas demasiado duras/altas. Si haces la compra antes de llegar, te vendrá bien saber que no hay ollas ni sartenes, tampoco platos hondos ni cucharas. Café y te de cortesía. Aire acondicionado.”

“I'd stay again just for the views! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fireplace in winter is awesome. The decks would be great for summer. Has 2 bedrooms which are very generously sized. Easy check in and check out. ”

“Perfect little unit for a couple nights stay, great location, only a couple minutes walk to Papamoa Plaza and local brewery "The Island" which is great for families with kids! Amazing pizza too :) Came in winter so didn't get to check out the beach but it was in walking distance too. Unit was well equipped and clean. Easy check in and check out. Thanks Matt for a lovely stay :)”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the house felt very homely and catered to all our needs during our stay. “A very special spot. We love it here.The place is warm and cozy and very homely, we love being able to just pop down with the dog, either along the sandspit down and to the right of the property or further down onto Aotea beach itself... and the serenity of sitting on the deck, reading a book with a cuppa or glass of wine. 3 The views are amazing. The light across the bay to the urupa and on the maunga (mountain) and the wairua 9spirit) of the place is very peaceful”
