This section of the island is in strife with Electricity and Gas being switched off and the locals of the Cove living off generators or just leaving the island. It’s a sad situation for them. Most of the features listed in the booking ad were not in use. - No Cafe - No Watersports - No Fitness Centre - No Park - No Bowls - Only 1 place to eat with very limited choice - worse of all, the pool was not in use. We were told that the pool was out of order...

“Check in: Very very bad process, I sent email with my photo and bond paid as check in is only 2PM-4:30PM. It took multiple international calls to get the key. Use WHATSUP and send instructions as soon as BOND is paid. Size: The property is in good place, great size apartment. Internet: Dismal it was not able to load Netflix. Kitchen: most amnesties are older - Not big issue. This place can be a lot better, fix internet, get whatsup for check in, buy some new knives and utensils, change...

“We were checked into the wrong room with only one queen bed for 4 people. Told to use sofa bed. When we asked for more towels there were none so given crappy old pool towels. Housekeeping service not available on 2 of 3 days we stayed. Eventually moved into the correct room. Pool, restaurant etc all being renovated so reduced facilities during stay.”
