For one thing this is not the house I rented originally. I was given this option 2 weeks before my vacation was to start. This house was spacious but dirty. There was trash and bottles in the garage (stinky), mouse poop and urine in the kitchen draws, the carpet in the living smelled like animal urine, the back door to house didn’t lock but the biggest issue was there was no water for showering which I reported our first night of a 6 night stay. There was 2 wells in this house and either they were both dry or the water pump was not working. Customer services responded through text but nothing was ever done and I ended up leaving this rental early. I have tried to get a refund but no one will get back too me. I am very disappointed being a rental owner I would never want my renter to feel this way. I now that things can get missed while cleaning or if a property isn’t used much there can be nice but no water is another thing. Oh and the third level of the home was infested with hornets which I am allergic too. This property would be wonderful if it was maintained. But I probably won’t rent from your company again. If I were to get a refund or even a partial refund that might change my mind. As of now your company have no shown me and respect or consideration. I have just gotten automated responses
