We arrived yesterday october 16th at 6 PM. The lady at The front desk told us that Expedia did cancel our Booking. I say that should be the first time that It happends . She told us that we need to pay It again. So she took my credit card and charged 194.22USD. Previously we has been charged by Expedia, 220.65€ (aporx 240USD).
This morning on the check out there was a very rude lady at The front desk. We explain the problem that we paid for the room twice, she says in a very bad way that the mistake was not hers , was from her college on duty the evening before, and she was not doing absoluty nothing to fix it. In fact I told her that we want ours 194.22USD back to my card and she said that" sorry but is not my problem"
Trust me, never go to this hotel unless they change the front desk staff.
The room was dirty bad smelling and for one night I have been charged around 450 USD.
Hopfully Expedia Will not pay for this reservation and would give me the money back.
Horrible experience.
PS: The omelette in breakfast was nice.
