“Check in was easy, went up to room and it wasn't clean yet, so we went across the street to eat, and the host contacted the cleaners. Came back and room was clean and smelled fresh. TV did not work, host sent repair people, but they never got it working. Pool is nice and the beach is a few steps away. Great location, walking distance to most things. Free trolley just a block away goes all the way to South Beach. We enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer.”
