“The aircon condesation drips into the bathtub, which pools water. The bathtub does not drain quickly, and was pooling water a couple of inches deep after a 10minute shower. Eventually cleared after an hour. The doors rattle in a light breeze, and there is little sound proofing. Staff are friendly though. ”

“We stayed in room 3, spa bath suite. Stay was excellent as always, however one minor issue is that the tap in the bathtub isn't working properly. We were still able to use the bath as normal, but we had to fill the bathtub with the shower head as the tap on the wall is broken and will need fixing. Only minor issue and we still enjoyed the bathtub as normal. Please ensure the bath tub tap is fixed.”
