“Proximity of the property to the lift and fitness center was ideal, walking distance to both. The major downfall is the 58 steps it takes to get to the unit itself. Definitely a difficult scenario after skiing all day or carrying belongings up. Would have been nice if there was access to the dumbwaiter. Overall a nice place.”

“Aside from the obvious benefits of cleanliness and comfort, it is in a great location close to all things in Farmington. The only thing missing is a washer/dryer but there is a convenient laundromat 5 minutes away. I look forward to returning!”

“This was the perfect place for a single or a couple. The king size bed was super comfortable. The enclosed deck was very nice to hang out on. I appreciated having a hair dryer available. The shower head was amazing. Just a couple of items would have been a nice creature comfort for guest. A starter bar of soap, wash cloths, instructions on how to lock the electronic lock when leaving (took me 2 days to figure that one out). It is a lot of stairs so just be aware. I will absolutely stay here...

“Look no further! This place has everything you need and then some. The location is absolutely perfect. It is off the beaten path and so serene, but still close enough to activities and food places to make it well worth a bit of extra driving. There is a Japanese soaker tub which was very cool and a steamer shower which is like a combination of a sauna and shower. Such a treat!! If you're into stargazing, you're in luck. “We loved our vacation at Camp Baumann. The house was spacious and roomy yet cozy at the same time. So fun and unique and comfy spots for the whole family inside and outside on the multiple decks and docks. Loved the kayak and paddle boards, hot tub, fire pit - you name it. Steve was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my many questions and requests for recommendations. All 11 of us had a great time. ”
