“The view was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. The issue was with the room. There was a powerful odour coming from the bathroom drains and the shower head was broken, so that it would only stay at bellybutton level. Also be aware, if you’re staying in H2 or its neighbouring suite, you’ll have the open air dining room over you. A little bit noisy if you’d like to sleep in.”

“The hotel is located in a 130 years old wooden tea house... you have no privacy... to the point that you can listen the poeple in the other room opening a bag of snacks... (wooden walls)... the rooms are super dark... and since it's wooden built... you have plenty of ants, mosquitoes and other insects inside. Even the cicadas!!! Lovely to sleep... besides that... the hotel is far away from the town centre... it might be 5/10 in tuk tuk, but certainly not walking distance... even the tuk tuk...

“Our stay at Rachamankha Hotel exceeded all of our expectations which were already very high before our arrival. Few minutes walking distance to all sights and restaurants within the wall. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. Staff attention is probably one of the best we have ever experienced. Hotel rooms are very clean and confortable. Had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, which offers a variety of western and thai dishes. There are little details that make it a boutique hotel...
