“The view was great. The description of the hotel is wrong. Access is only for backpackers. Wheelchair is a joke. Taxis are not allowed closer than 200 m and from there it is steap up. In winter you even cannot be sure of that. We had to go approx. 1km on a slippery road. Taxis did not dare go there. The hotel is not suitabel for use in low temp. We had reserved 2 nights but left after 1 night. - still cold as ice.”

“Please correct the description, the hotel is not at all in the center of the city. The points of interest are along the bridges, which are around 5 km away from the hotel. Very misleading information. Likewise, expensive when comparing with other hotels in the area, without offering anything to make up for the prize diference. Room size and cleaniness ok.”

“Beautiful views and very welcoming staff. Hotel Manager (Praveen Semwal) was welcoming, humble and provided good recommendations on local events. The food was well prepped and served (for both in room dining and the waterfront restaurant). I also loved the spa service. Areas to improve: bathrooms had a constant odor of sewer. Just putting a scented candle or room freshener would help. ”

“Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly. It was our first stay with Club Mahindra and the experience was awesome so I would love to stay at club mahindra whenever I plan my holidays in future wherever it's available. ”
