“Good experience ”

“Decided to visit Pushkar in my last few days here in India and I didn’t regret a fair bit. The location was slightly further away from the main town, reaching here means being able to disconnect from all the bustling hectic moments I had and taking the time to unwind my whole journey. I had a chance to meet the owner of the property and he was a friendly chap to talk with along with his staff who helped to accommodate me through out the trip. “The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...

“They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel.”
