“I booked a room at the casino resort and found out our room was in a totally different building well separate from the casino, pool, dining etc. It wasn't terrible, at least it was quiet, but it was inconvenient and unexpected. Staff were friendly and let me check in early, but they're very short staffed. ”

“The Empire is a 200+ year old building that has been a restaurant in its history, but has been renovated into a very nice inn. The check in was quick and easy. The host was extremely accommodating and very friendly. We ended up getting an upgrade for our stay to the suite, due to someone wanting to stay an extra day. We were very pleased with our room and our stay. ”
