“We booked this stay in December for a quick weekend trip. Location is wonderful and unit is perfect for a couple. However we did notice that no toiletries (shampoo or conditioner) were provided and the first night the heat would not work which made our stay very uncomfortable that night. I texted the property manager at 7 AM and received a very quick response and a technician was scheduled for that day. We really appreciated the quick correction.”

“I was there between December 22 and December 24, 2024. Unfortunately, the drive to New Smyrna took longer that I had anticipated and I arrived at night. I had to call for help finding the door and using the lock box and I was helped over the phone by Corrine and in person by Ian. They have an "awesome" housekeeper as well. “My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The only hiccup we had was obtaining the self checkin instructions- but that was a fault of VRBO, not the host. In fact, they were super responsive when this issue occurred. The rental is very clean and our stay was enjoyable. It is in the heart of the downtown area, so the noise in the evenings is noticeable, but not awful. Things did quiet down at a reasonable time at night.The boise machine next to the bed was helpful! “Host responds very quickly to all questions. Location was close to the race track. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Bottom floor was perfect for us. FYI No coffee pot/coffee, no shampoo or conditioner, no lotion, no sponge, no blowdryer and not one hangar in any closet. As long as you come with your essentials you’ll love this place!”
