“Check in process was awful. Room was fine, probably would book personally with the hotel next time instead of with Serain. Parking was not available so had to park off site ”

“The apartments are very central, and excellent if you are staying for several days and you want something you can walk to. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and the reception staff were fantastic. But the apartment itself was a bit tired looking, and the dryer wasn't working so well and the ironing table didn’t have a cover. (All of which I reported.) We would recommend it and probably would stay again.”
