“The basin hotel was so much fun. Learning about it. History was wonderful too. I participated in the paranormal investigation, which was amazing. Staff was wonderfully kind, helpful and always had a smile on their face.!!!!”

The setting is unparalleled, the hotel itself is well kept, clean, and new. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is helpful/friendly. The amenities are top notch. There isn’t a better hotel anywhere in NWA.”

“I liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is safe, and quiet, and has several restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient. The parking lot was also a great plus. However, there were a few issues. My TV was not working, and although I reported it, no one came to fix it, and I was leaving the next day. “En general, fue una buena estancia, tomamos primero una habitación en la parte trasera frente a la alberca y todo muy bien, hasta vimos la familia de venados que llegan a comer, pero despues nos dieron una habitación frente al parking y ahi hay mucho ruido a partir de las 7:00 am y eso no nos fusto, pero en general buena estancia...!!! ”

“We really enjoyed the property! The rooms were nice and clean. House keeping really works hard! The rooms were well done. We did experience a problem with the air conditioner, and was treated very well by the staff. They were not able to fix it immediately, so they upgraded us to another room. The pool was not open in 100 degrees, and that was disappointing. But, other than that we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to w. ”

“Me gusto qué hay muchas cosas serca del hotel No me gusto que mi cuarto estaba sucio tenía que ir a over que me llevarán toallas limpias y en una ocacion mi tarjeta llave no abrió y fui a checar y la computadora ya no la registraba tuvieron que programarla otra vez ”
