“This is the nicest cottage. Tucked away and very private and peaceful. Host was easy to contact and gave us great advice on what to bring. Would rent this for sure again!! Great hideaway and suggest it for Fall as well. The Island was great to see without the hussle and bussle of summer!!”

“I highly recommend a stay at "Lovely Lakeside"! Everything was exactly as advertised--or better! The location is perfect--a quick walk to the lake, The Patio, and everything else downtown. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed having two separate living areas for a group of six adults and one toddler. “We had a great weekend at Stargazer Haven with extended family. Kate has done a great job updating the house. There were tons of comfortable beds, kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc., and there were some nice extras—pickleball paddles, mini golf clubs, chalk, etc. This is a great home for families on a quiet street. The location couldn’t be better—close to the lake and downtown area. Kate was really helpful when we had questions. We highly recommend this home. ”

“The farmhouse is very nice. And oh so quiet we were amazed that we only heard one other vehicle in the two days we were here. If you say there’s a little restaurant called Maw Maws diner. I highly recommend it for breakfast”

“The cottage was perfectly clean and quiet. It had a cozy feel but was much more spacious than a hotel room, so it was nice to be able to spread out. Our host provided all the details we might need such as wine glasses, plates, silverware, tissues, a selection of movies, and a nice coffee maker. Contactless checking was a breeze, light switches were thoughtfully labeled, we could control the thermostat, and how nice to watch the goats while we drank our coffee in the morning.”

“The site was perfect. Clean and modern and had everything we needed for a multi-day stay. The grounds were very well maintained and the staff everywhere were so friendly and easy to talk to. We couldn't believe the views we had across the lake. This has been one of our family's favorite vacation spots so far!”

“Lovely little house that held our family of tweens, kids, and adults. Clean little kitchen, nice bathroom, exceptional lanai/screened porch for bug free breeze! House is part of a series of hones owned by a single owner who is very responsive. Private street is quiet and safe for kids. Coffeeshops, restaurants, and tourist entertainment was farther than expected (20+ minutes) but Magee Marsh park had excellent beaches (5 min drive).
