“The place was perfect. Lots of room inside for meeting and fellowship. Everything inside looked brand new and so clean. The only challenge we had was parking there was 4 of us that drove and it was hard to find parking close to our door for all 4 we could usually find 1-2 close. It was still fine though as we deeply enjoyed the property”

“The space was clean and just as described. The decor was so fun and it was the perfect size for a fun girls weekend. Two minor cons were:1. Location is right on a busy street and catty corner to a fire station. If you’re used to city noise it may not be an issue.2. The beds both have a very thin quilt that left us pretty chilly. “Very unsafe. The place is above a garage like a beach house and when first going there the stairs are loose and rotting and railing is loose as well. When getting inside the floors feeling like they are going to fall in and have my soft vertigo and I started to get dizzy and I don't have it. It really was bad! Then we inspected below the garage and you can see a horrible fix where the floors did fall through! Also my soft could see me walking through the place. That is how thin the floors are!...

“Economy, but familiar.Housekeeping needs to improve, Window blind, next to the table in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Can't close it fully. Loved the Shower and the Sliding barn door, leading into the bathroom. But, it's also a tight fit for a larger person. Stairs are almost too high of treads, and the hand rail needs to be anchored to the floor. The Trip hazard needs to eliminated. Two different colors of tile is not the answer.
