“The breakfast buffet was very large, but the food was never hot or many times even warm. The serving trays may have had hot water below them when first put out at there opening in the morning, but 2 or so hours later they did nothing. This included waffle or pancakes which I ended up running through the toaster. Thai dishes were also cold.”

“Hotel is clean and big. It is a good place to stay if you are looking for a quite, serene and large living space. This is my second time staying at this property. As one of the guests could not make it for the trjp as she was not fit for flying and had to be hospitalised, the hotel refused to make exceptions for amendments to the booking for the emergency situation. It doesn't hurt to show some empathy.”
