“I stayed here on a business trip to one of the Dubuque universities. It was in a perfect location - close to the universities in a nice nearby neighborhood. The updated brick ranch home was very tastefully and comfortably furnished with everything I needed - well-equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi, very comfortable bed and furniture. Extra touches like nightlights, an electric fireplace, cozy sheets and bedding made it a perfect place to stay. It was very clean and everything was in great working...

The place was very clean. There were some Asian beetles present but this was not unique to just this property.
