“Comfortability ”

“Excellent other than small double bed and smell of cigarettes coming through from the bathroom.”

“El dueño del hotel es muy amable, el desayuno perfecto, se puede elegir entre desayuno completo (huevos, alubias, salchicha...) o lo que quieras, tipo tostadas con mermelada, cereales... El hotel está un poco lejos de Newcastle, pero el metro está cerca del hotel 5 min. caminando y en metro en 30 min. estás en el centro. El hotel es muy limpio. Calidad-precio es perfecto. Muy recomendable, estuvimos 3 noches y dentro de un mes volvemos e iremos al mismo hotel.”

“The bed was comfortable and clean. Nice decor. Chairs were not comfortable, too low. Nobody on the premises during the night. No emergency phone numbers supplied. Very little in the way of literature about the area. Security of residents’ rooms was questionable. Members of the public had access to the stairs near the front door to the bar.”

“Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadn’t met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them. On the hole, everything else was excellent. There was no recycling facilities, which was quite a surprise, and also a slight disappointment. Everything else was above...

“We had a wonderful stay for 1 night as a stop off to the Scottish Highlands. Allison was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. A very cosy room in a quiet part of Berwick, not far from the centre. Great views of the beach as well. Highly recommended!”

“Lovely setting and convenient for what I wanted to do. Information on Expedia website could have been fuller regarding meal options. Wildflower planying around property particularly impressive.”

“Lovely room clean and tidy. Put the heating on when i arrived as room was cold but soon warmed up.comfy bed only thing to suggest is changing the stair carpet as was not in the best condition.”

“Great little place, easy to get to and within easy distance of the city centre, public transport etc. Room was clean, cosy and bed was comfortable. Directions to get in were precise and easy to follow and in all a great place to stay. Would use again and would recommend.”
