“We booked this place on a somewhat spontaneous whim. Admittedly we initially decided on it because it cost less than the surrounding area and it was less than a mile walk into town. However, once we arrived, the unit was lovely, up to date, clean, and just overall comfortable to just relax in. “The apartment itself was lovely and I appreciated the coffee for our stay. Please consider adding a sign/wreath/decoration to the front dooor that says “Alan’s Apartment “. It was very confusing to find the right door. Beautifully furnished and wonderful bed. It’s difficult for someone with my mobility issues to go up a 10 stair stairway holding onto warped banisters. “Just off the strip next to really great restaurants. Peaceful and quiet with a big space for our family to enjoy the tranquility of Helen GA. Fantastic restaurants two blocks away. Fantastic internet to research the next day. We had a great time. Very clean and new townhouse. Would stay again. ”

“We loved the location of this unit!! The weather was very hot ,95 plus every day.We were thankful for the AC that worked very well!! Not so much for other places we went to.It is on the river which was a pleasant surprise. The hot tub was awesome although we only used it twice because it was so hot out ,evening included.”

The place is spacious, very welcoming decor, stocked with towels and all the kitchen necessities, with an amazing screened in porch for relaxation. “Comfortable, very well maintained property. Beautiful mountain location. Friendly staff. Each 2nd floor room has nice balcony. Check-in/out procedure extremely efficient. Only negatives would be confusing instructions on setting up TV access (took me about 6 minutes to set up) and hard to open/slide balcony door.”
