“We had a very good experience staying in the apartment. Easy to get to with directions and check in was easy. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and the layout was great. The proximity to downtown Helen was excellent. The one item that might be considered is that we would hear a lot of noise from the apartment upstairs that also hosts guests. It is not anyone’s fault, but maybe suggesting the upstairs neighbor could purchase thicker rugs to dampen the noise or encouraging...

“Loved the location, layout and design of property. I would have given it 5 stars, exceptfor the fact that the sofa bed mattress was covered with dog hair and filth from outside. There was also a spot under the sofa of dog barf/pee that needs to be cleaned up. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the place. The deck over river was so nice. I do think their homeowners association really needs to clean up the exterior of the building, and do a total paint job,. Why pay hoa fees if some doesn't go...

“This is a great location for Historic Helen, it is walkable, but too far for my 81 year old mother and aunt with bad knee. It’s just an hour drive to Blue Ridge. The condo was very clean, bedrooms are upstairs with steep stairs, but my family did ok. Two king beds, one was pretty comfortable, the other one not so according to my 2 aunts. Good wifi, quiet area, easy to find. ”

“We met our friends here for Octoberfest and the location was great. The owners were VERY responsive with questions probably the fastest response I have ever received. Furniture was comfortable kitchen was well stocked. the screened in porch was nice to sit on and enjoy the creek. I would stay here again. Thank you for opening your home up to us”
