“My overall experience was great. Finding the house and checking in was easy. I was hesitant about leaving my car on a major thoroughfare. “I stayed overnight with some friends to celebrate my birthday. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and fairly spacious. The driveway can fit at least three cars, plus there is street parking. The hosts gave us good directions and getting to the property was a breeze. As a group of women, we felt safe staying here. I'd definitely book another stay in the future.”

Leave the door between first bedroom and kitchen open during the day or it will not be comfy to be in, as the bedrooms have great airflow and the first room does not. “Our stay was spacious and comfortable. Communication with the boat was easy, and the location is close to the streetcar. It's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues with that. There were some stains on the blanket in the first bedroom, but the second two were fine, so we just took those. Clean towels, bathroom, and kitchen, but there wasn't any detergent for the washer/dryer. ”

“It was very easy to check in. We had a little issue at the beginning but it was quickly resolved. Nice location if I was to come back and visit again I would most likely probably stay here again it was very convenient for everything.”

“The property was a very nice setup with a big backyard to sit and relax after a day of touring. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Short walk to the Tram which will take you downtown. I would recommend this spot. And if we ever travel back to New Orleans, we will stay here again!! Thanks Lance!”
