The best thing I can say about a property is the pictures are a fair representation of the property, and this absolutely was just like the pictures. Security and maintenance personnel were friendly. The house is truly outstanding. We had a few issues which I will share:First, this is a corporate property so the communication is very standard. The instructions for entry were not comprehensive or accurate. A video would have been helpful. Luckily, the back door was unlocked so we waited inside for the 40 minutes it took for maintenance to come. They also answered several other questions not addressed in the emails as there was no binder for the property like most properties. They do provide an app but it is generic.Secondly, the 1-800 number is not very helpful as all they do is input a ticket for maintenance but cannot tell you anything about status. Our propane ran out and the rep could not tell us when maintenance was coming so we had no idea if we should wait or transfer the steaks to the stove (they came the next day).Third, we had some plumbing issues that took three trips to resolve. Lastly, we received an email one week prior to arrival from the HOA with rules not in the listing. Only one (limit of 2 vehicles) was concerning, but it was not enforced so it was no big deal. All rules should be in a listing.The property is 5 stars but the issues dropped it to 4 mainly due to surprise rules one week prior to the trip that could have been an issue.
