Perfect location!
The house had everything we needed including beach chairs and a cooler. The location is close to several beaches and restaurants. We loved spending time in the pool area. The property manager was very friendly and responsive and gave us good recommendations for restaurants and snorkeling spots. I hope to come back soon!

Beautiful stay! House was what we expected. Impeccably clean and well appointed. We loved the pool with the view. After a day at the beach, it was a perfect way to wind down. Close to beaches, restaurants etc. This is a perfect house for a couple of families.

Home Away from Home
This spot was so great for our 2 families with kiddos. The pool was refreshing and had just the right amount of shade when needed. Neighborhood was clean and inviting. It was great to have our own “corners” of the house to retreat to for quiet time and huge common space for meals or late night card games. Kitchen was well equipped to cook meals for everyone. Outdoor space had comfy chairs, shade, tables for meals and lots of wildlife to check out in the bird sanctuary. Highly recommend for families!

The six of us loved our stay at your home. Having three separate wings of the house gave us all privacy, while bringing us all together again in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The pool area is very private and is a great place to watch the evening sunsets! The beaches are just a few minutes away. We would stay here again if coming to Aruba.

50th Celebration with Family
This was one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. The home was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of space for our group of 8. Our property manager, Daniel, was always available and just a call or text away. He even assisted with arranging decorations for our celebration. We will definitely return!

Quiet Neighborhood
Esmerelda is a upscale neighborhood. in the north part of Noord. We were close to everything. We did rent a car to do our touring, grocery shop, dine out and of course go to the beaches on the Island. Most of our activity was Eagle Beach and North of that, except BabyBeach. a must see which was on the south end of the island. The house was at the end of street with the pool facing a bird santuary. It was a great view of the High rise district and of course we had the best sunsets. Location was perfect for us. The house was big and very spacious in the main living area and bedrooms. The lay out is a little different in that one bedroom had to be entered through another or off the pool slider but did have its own bathroom.. Beds were not the most comfortable, as mattresses were thin foam. About 10" The layout was not an issue for us since there were only 5 of us. The kitchen was well appointed with utensils ,pans and some spices and coffee to start. The best part was the 2nd fridge, allowing us to put drinks in one and food in the main fridge. The table sat 8 persons and the living room was comfortable. It had a washer and dryer to do towels and clothing if needed. All appliances worked well. The pool was a high light for us since we often came home from the beach and jumped in the pool before dinner. The house was very clean and the pool was also cleaned 3x in 2 weeks. We had a great stay at the house and the concierge was always available if we needed them. We would surely stay in the house again..FYI if you want they will deliver some grocieres from Superfoods that you order on line if you will be late on arrivial and need basics until you go to the store.

Friends Trip
Traveling with a group of 4 couples makes it hard to satisfy all of them. This house did just that! The pool time was amazing, each room and bathroom were comfortable and well kept, the kitchen and living room space allowed for many nights of laughter and fun. Couldn't recommend this house enough for larger groups looking for a great place to stay off the beach, but not far from.

Amazing view and property
Amazing house with perfect sunset views made it easy to chill in the backyard with no worries about missing an amazing Aruba sky! Daniel of course AS ALWAYS is amazing and made our check in and check out process as easy as could be. Can’t wait for our next trip! Looking forward to staying here again in the future

A perfect stay at Sunset Villa
A perfect home for a lovely stay with multiple family members. We booked this home over a year ago to celebrate our mother’s 80th birthday. This home did not disappoint and was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed everything about this house. The fully stocked kitchen, ensuite bathrooms, laundry room, coolers, beach chairs, pool, birds singing in the trees, and beautiful sunsets from the patio. From the get go, Jose and Rixt, The Marin Team, were wonderful. Their communication from beginning to end was excellent.

Great property for a family stay
This was a great place for our family to stay. The pool was nice and the inside was spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Very communicative manager. Only about a mile to the beach and a pool on property, plus four spacious bedrooms so you can easily fit eight people (four couples). Washer/dryer on property also was a very nice amenity. All the furniture is new and the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend a car if you are staying here, though, as there are no shops within a mile. Additionally, the beach is at least a mile away, so we would have really struggled without a car. There were some drawbacks: no bath towels (only beach towels), no shampoo/soap, only one roll of toilet paper per person for over a week stay…definitely a no frills type place. We were told we could have late checkout when we checked in, and then the night before checkout we were informed late checkout was no longer available. Upon check-in we were told that there were limits on water and electricity usage, with big charges if we ever went over, which made us a bit nervous to run the dish washer or watch TV. Little things like that definitely caused some frustration but still a great place for the cost. Very friendly property manager and decent accommodation.

Spacious Home
We found that the home provided a great place to coordinate our stay in Aruba. There were 2 adults and 3 teenagers staying at this location. The teenagers really enjoyed the pool. There were 4 bedrooms and two of the bedrooms had extra beds (which we didn't need). Although the location is a little off from the hotel area, it was really easy to get there for entertainment, dining, etc. The advantage of the location was that it was in a quiet, residential area.
