“Although we were only there to sleep, it was comfortable. The internet is usable but some members did not have phone service while there. There are lots of steps to get around the property but they are all well built and secure. Only issue was we constantly had a few neighbor dogs roaming the property but they didn't bother my service dog. We look forward to staying again during warmer months to experience the water!”

“Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. ”

“Didn’t like that staff did not ask two visitors who brought their dogs into the dining area to remove their animals. One person even had a dog on her lap at the table. The other sat down with their dog after the dogs had been barking at each other. It was posted on the wall they were not to be there. I like dogs but do not want them with me when I am having breakfast. Like the facility but saw 3 staff and not one of them said anything.”
