Casa privada en Black Point Beach (quinta casa de Niantic Bay) a poca distancia de tres playas. 3 dormitorios, 2 1/2 baños, capacidad para 6. (Dos reinas y dos camas individuales) Patio cercado con columpio. Plano de planta abierto con tres niveles. Sala de juegos sin amueblar y lavandería en el nivel inferior. Sala de estar, comedor, sala de estar, cocina, terraza y 1/2 baño en el nivel medio. Tres dormitorios y 2 baños (1 ducha, 1 bañera) arriba en el nivel superior. Aire central en el nivel medio y superior. Las canchas de tenis, la cancha de baloncesto y el área de juego se encuentran cerca de la casa club de la Asociación. WIFi mejorado, ropa de cama, toallas, sillas de playa, toallas de playa, Pack N Play, silla de paseo, silla alta, TV HULU, café y agua embotellada. El propietario vive localmente para ayudar fácilmente con cualquier problema que pueda surgir o para brindar asesoramiento local. Great week in Niantic, CT!
Great house all around. Easy walk to beach. Lots of other things to do within short driving distance. Finally got Mystic Pizza off the bucket list. Great place and reasonably priced by the way.

Wonderful home for a family stay
Highly recommend this home, very clean and comfortable. Owner provided plenty of guidance for check in/out, as well as a folder at the house with info such as using the tv, wifi, local restaurants, etc. No complaints, would reserve again if ever in the area.

Gorgeous Beach House
We had a great stay here. My husband and I came in the off-season with our two dogs. There's a fenced in back yard and a great neighborhood to walk. The little town of Niantic is so cute; there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. We were super close to Mystic Seaport. The hosts are great. We highly recommend!

Beautiful Home and Area
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was well appointed and had many amenities. Close to Mystic Seaport and Aquarium. We also visited Block Island and had a great time there. Yard was fenced in, which was good for our dogs. Pleasant quiet area, taking walks with our dogs was also very nice. Hosts were most gracious and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Relaxing home away from home
Walk to the beach or just around the quiet beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay in the house and our dog loved the backyard and deck. When my daughter came with the baby we found the baby gates we brought weren’t wide enough for the stairs, luckily he wasn’t too fast at the time! Overall wonderful place to stay!

Perfect for us!
My family and I ended our 10 day New England vacation here and it was perfect. My kids (14 and 11) appreciated that they could spread out and have their own rooms. They also were constantly playing ping pong. I enjoyed the little beaches. One day we were the only ones on the beach until about 2pm. There are lots of cute restaurants in downtown Niantic. Bill was great and even let us check in early and check out late. Would definitely stay again!

Girls vacation
The house is cute and much bigger than the pictures give it credit for. The host thought of everything and it was well stocked. Close to a lot of the tourist attractions. Sad that we couldn’t enjoy the beach, but the weather was too chilly. We enjoyed our time. Thanks again for sharing your house with us.

Great Home Away From Home
Our family stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The house is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed! The neighborhood is great- we enjoyed walking down to the beach and the kids liked the playground and tennis courts. We would stay again!

Certainly better than a motel.....
We were relocating to Niantic and our closing wasn't scheduled for several days. We have a dog. Emmie, and it is very difficult to have a long stay in a motel so decided to look into renting a house and when I checked the sites, Bill's house popped up and seemed perfect and near the water which in our estimation is a bonus. When checking our dates it was available so felt it was meant for us!! The house is very nice. Certainly had everything that you would need and then some. It was extremely clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone who wants a nice place to stay when visiting Niantic and the CT coast. The only draw back is that the 3 well appointed bedrooms are on the second floor and there is a long flight of stairs up which could be a problem for some. I'm just sorry that the weather wasn't a bit warmer as it would have been nice to sit out on their deck and enjoy watching the deer who were around every day. Great property, location, & hosts
We had a great stay at this house for Christmas and would definitely stay here again. The house is awesome and spacious and the neighborhood is beautiful. We brought our dogs and there was a fenced in yard. There was a Christmas tree set up for us upon arrival and the house had all of the necessities we needed. The location is awesome for being so close to the beach, but also close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

My wife, son, and I stayed at this property while our house was having work done. The house was very clean, spacious, and really felt like a home away from home. Would stay again!
This property was perfect for us! The location was very close to our family, so we could walk back and forth with ease. It’s a very comfortable and cozy home for hanging out relaxing also. The neighbors were all friendly, and we met some by returning their lost/wandering dog! It’s well stocked, we’ll definitely stay again when needed.
