“My husband and I stayed here so we could see the glow worms in Waitomo which was about a 25-30 min drive. This place is in a quiet little neighborhood and is represented accurately online. “I was a bit leery about booking this lodge since i dont usually stay at motels. I booked it because there weren't many options available in waitomo and from what was available, this place had the best rating and looked ok. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised once we checked in. The room was spacious, very clean, had a kitchenette, good size fridge, lots of toiletries. We were able to use the laundry room ($4 NZD per machine). Check in was easy. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff....
