Let's start with the bad things: 1st. The window dressing. I'm a blinds man. Venetian or the ordinary kind. With the blinds here you need a mechanical engineering degree. After 5 minutes; something releases and you can't say for sure what you did, but they close.
2nd: The couch, when you sit on it, your butt is one foot above the floor. When you're 6'-2" tall and 74 years old and not overweight and yet it takes a herculean effort to stand up. It's time for change.
3rd: No Wifi. I knew that going in so should really have nothing to say.
4th: Don't know that I would deal with Vrbo again. There's nothing upfront about them: except of course they want their money upfront. They have this infantile practice of keeping the location a secret: a location they expect you to pay for in full at time of agreement - a secret until a week before your arrival. I personally like to scout out the areas I'm staying. Hard to do when you can't nail down where it is.
Good things: Great location, overlooking the ocean and the small town below. (views from the house are amazing- especially at sunrise and sunset) The place is very clean and really lacks for nothing. Comfortable bed (didn't use the 2nd bedroom). Bathroom is spacious: including a good size washing machine. Kitchen layout is ideal for a small group. Good size fridge, stove and microwave - plenty of utensils. Good television reception with multiple stations. Quiet location.
