Michael's Beach Place @ Shoreline Ridge en Newport es un lujoso condominio de tres habitaciones y tres baños frente al océano ubicado en el segundo nivel del complejo Shoreline Ridge. Con acceso por ascensor y el condominio en sí de solo un nivel, este condominio de vacaciones es la opción perfecta para aquellos que no pueden navegar escaleras fácilmente. Amplio y bien amueblado, este condominio es muy tranquilo con vistas fenomenales. Este condominio de nueva construcción tiene una hermosa cocina con encimeras de granito, gabinetes finos, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y está completamente equipado con todos los utensilios y vajilla que pueda necesitar para cocinar y servir comidas de vacaciones o días festivos. El plano de planta abierto de la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar conduce a amplias ventanas y terrazas con fabulosas vistas del Océano Pacífico, la playa, el faro de Yaquina y el Cabo Foulweather. El salón tiene una chimenea de gas para usar en esas noches frías junto con un televisor de pantalla plana. Wi-Fi también se proporciona para los huéspedes que se alojan aquí. La suite principal con una cama doble tiene una vista impecable del océano, una puerta a la cubierta y un baño grande con una ducha a ras de suelo y una bañera de hidromasaje profunda. La suite de invitados cuenta con una cama queen y un baño completo, junto con su propia puerta corredera que da a la cubierta. También hay una chaise lounge en esta sala, así que puedes acurrucarte y leer un buen libro si te apetece. El tercer dormitorio tiene una litera con dos camas y un pequeño escritorio. Beautiful ocean views from every room
Loved the rooms and gorgeous ocean views in each room. Some stuff was a little bit in disrepair, but nothing major. Some other downsides were that there wasn’t an easy way to walk to the beach like I thought there would be and there was a homeless encampment down the embankment.

Great Getaway/ Beautiful Location
We recently stayed at this lovely beach condo and had an overall wonderful experience. The condo boasts a beautiful view that made our mornings truly special, and its great location provided access to the beach and local attractions and restaurants. The place was quiet and clean, offering a peaceful retreat from our busy lives. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The master bedroom lacked blinds, which made it difficult to sleep past sunrise-- something many people like to do on vacation. Additionally, the glass on the deck was quite dirty, and my husband had to clean it himself to fully enjoy the beautiful view. Despite these small issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others seeking a serene beach getaway.

Nice condos
Very dissapointed there were no window coverings in the master bedroom, on windows or glass door that leads out to patio. We were able to see inside windows of neighboring condos Crockpot had mold inside and copper wires coming out of cord. Tv in master bedroom didn't work. To be fair, I left the crock pot and a note for housekeeper to make sure they were aware.

No window coverings in main bedroom
The place was nice. Kitchen was well stocked the master bath was amazing. The views were great! However, there were a few things that made us uncomfortable and is why I give only a 3 star rating. The master suite was surrounded in windows with a straight view to the bathroom , this would have been wonderful because the view was spectacular, however, this room NEEDS blinds or curtains to pull in at night. There was nothing but a straight view into the room. This was most UNCOMFORTABLE knowing that anyone could see straight in from the beach or neighbors. The beds, pillows and sofas were also very hard. I feel like all of these items warranted some attention. When walking down to the beach we found a hidden trail with what appeared to be a homeless camp. This made me a little nervous having 2 teenage girls with us. With those things being said the house was roomy and views were amazing, the fireplace was warm and cozy as our week there was mighty chilly.

Excellent Location
This property is in an excellent location: looking at the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse (take binoculars) and on the bluff between Nye Beach to the south and Agate Beach to the north. We were able to hike down a rough trail from the condo to the beach, but opted to walk down the beach to an easy access at Nye Beach on the way back. We were minutes from shopping and restaurants. The best find for eating out was Nye Beach Café which made homemade bread everyday. The condo is well equipped for cooking, but in general, it is well loved. The couches are filthy (I put a blanket over them so we did not have to sit on the fabric), the paint is dinged and chipped everywhere and the windows do not seal - leaving it drafty. (It would not have mattered in the summer that fresh air came in from outside. However, it was winter and cold....it even snowed at the beach which was a bonus!). All in all, the location made up for any deficiencies, but I would have loved to give this property a 5-star rating in every category.

AMAZING place to stay
This property is an amazing location to stay. Can hear and see the ocean from all bedrooms and main area! Located centrally in Newport, so it's a short walk to many, many restaurants and shops in the town. Great set up for a family. Very clean and well kept property, with more than enough gadgets and dishes in the kitchen to make whatever your heart desires.

Very Nice Condo in Beautiful location
This space was great for our visit with our elderly & mobility-impaired parents & the location & view are amazing. The grills on the deck were much appreciated & used (both natural gas & charcoal). Elevator access was perfect. Accessibility was good generally, but grab bar by toilets & in showers were needed. Cleanliness, except for floors, was very good. The floors were not clean & obviously had not been for quite some time- lots of dust bunnies, dirty corners in all rooms, big sticky spots in kitchen. We had to wash the windows. Extra tools of toilet paper, paper towels & garbage bags, window cleaner would have been appreciated. Quite a few glasses were chipped. Definitely could have used an extra blanket for each bed. We did rearrange the living room furniture for our stay to better accommodate wheelchair & walkers. Upholstered sofas are decent but we needed more seating. Dining room table was great for 8 adults, although chairs were precarious for elderly parents. AAA batteries were dead in window remotes, but once replaced(& once we had out remote genius work on deciphering operation quirks) worked perfect- a quick guide to operation (laminated & posted) would have saved a lot of time. We did get the TV working, but again, a quick start guide would have been helpful. All in all, we would definitely stay here again., especially since we now know the quirks & features of the property.

The Positives & the Negatives
The positives first: The property is right on the coast above the beach. It has great views to the north of the sea, coast and lighthouse. Both the layout and size of the property are excellent. The three bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. The elevator is a plus. Parking is easy. It is convenient to anything you might want to do in the Newport area. The negatives: The property is on land above the beach which is clearly eroding. The view to the immediate south of the building shows areas where the earth is falling away and older foundations are crumbling. The condo is not being kept up. The upholstery on the dining chairs is filthy, the upholstery on the living room furniture is also dirty and worn. One of the floor lamps has a broken shade and a couple of the overhead lights have burned out. The shade on one of the windows in the living room, facing the ocean, is broken and cannot be raised. As a result, the view is partially cut off. The floor was very dirty.

Amazing place lacking love of management
We absolutely loved the location and views are stunning! Very spacious and looks like newly renovated condo. Unfortunately all 4 of us agree that if the management and maintenance will continue to be reluctant to fix normal tear&wear in this beautiful place, sending wrong check in information and not bothering to ensure all items on kitchen are washed between guests then this place won’t be able to be a Great vacation rental😭. Beds and pillows need to be better quality as well for such price. The great thing was that I was able to reach out to property management easily but unfortunately help didn’t come as was promised and the issue with the drainage on kitchen made me beg for help the next day! Frying pan had sticky old food on it and coffee pot had a coffee leftovers with mold as well as the whole coffee maker inside! Luckily I know how to clean things! You are very welcome! We received wrong code for the lock box were the key for the entry door was located so we could get in till tried the emergency lock box. Also the Wi-fi info was given us wrong, so we searched inside to figure it out otherwise the phone didn’t have connection at all. Rather than all these the stay was Awesome!

View is like the photos
I loved the view though it was too windy to enjoy sitting on the balcony. Bathrooms were clean but not the kitchen. I found dirty dishes in the drawers and cabinets and there was not enough dishwasher detergent for the week, plus we had to buy a sponge just to scrub the dishes. It would be nice to have extra blankets so you could bundle up outside, and more utensils. The code that was given was for the “emergency” box not the regular lockbox, which caused confusion when the code didn’t work.

Great place!
Wonderful view, and deck from which to enjoy it. A lovely refuge when weather precludes much outdoor activity. The elevator is very nice, when hauling suitcases, or when knees complain. Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. One bath had a walk in shower, our preference. But none of the bathrooms have grab bars, which would make this handicapped accessible unit even better.
