Awesome location!
Great location in Newport; able to walk to shops and attractions. The drawbacks were: 1. The dishwasher did not work. Contacted the owner/manager in the AM via text and did not hear back until the evening. 2. One of the extra chairs that was to be used around dining table was broken so not all of the party could be in eating at the same time. 3. Limited toilet tissue. There were 8 women and about 1 1/2 rolls per bathroom for our stay. The house is cute and the beds were VERY comfortable and all of us rested well. We had a fun time there celebrating my sister’s 60th birthday!

Great Location
Charming house close to the marina. We were able to do and see everything we wanted to do. House is nicely stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. Would stay again if ever this far north again.

Cozy place with excellent location
Comfortable and charming little place that was centrally located to all we wanted to do or see in Newport. It met all of our needs and we would stay here again. It housed seven of us and everyone was happy. (As others pointed out, people who have never been in houses built over 150 years ago may not understand or appreciate what that original construction may look like inside.)

Very clean!
Very nice house with plenty of beds and areas to sit for multiple guest's. I’ve been coming to Newport for a long time and this was on of best stay. Parking passes are very helpful because the neighborhoods are narrow and not a lot of spots. Church St lot is a 10 minute walk and can part over night if needed and short walk to everything.

Great Location!
We stayed here for 3 nights for my BIL’s wedding with our 3year old, SIL + BF, and my 70yr old in laws. Outside of a toilet backup (addressed relatively quickly by hosts), we had a great stay. The central location can’t be beat. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s comfortable staying in an old historic home that is quirky but well kept.

My family and I stayed at this VRBO for my cousins wedding. The location was great and parking was available on the street for our two cars. The rental was clean. The owner does live on the property.

Perfect Spot
We were in town for a local lacrosse event, and the convenience of the homes location was perfect. We were minutes away from everything by foot, less than 2 miles away from the facility where we were coaching. The space easily accommodated five adults, and we will surely be looking to book this again in the future.
