“All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.”

“We came for a long weekend to attend the Newport Folk Festival and the location of this home couldn’t have been better! It was very close to Fort Adams and downtown Newport. Quiet street and cozy and clean home!”

“The property was very clean and well maintained! Brad was very informative on the check in process and their was plenty of resources left out for us like linens, towels, etc. Very cute space and super close to many great restaurants and beaches. Close in terms of driving to close locations as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend those looking for a cute beach stay to look here!”

“The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere, avoiding needing to find a parking space. Since we walked everywhere, returning to a hot steam shower was perfect. The home was exactly as described. We enjoyed having all the comforts of home while traveling. ”

“Perfect spot for a long weekend in Newport. Easy walk to downtown area. Found street parking right outside but could see it being an issue later in the spring or definitely summer. The apartment is comfortable and nicely equipped. ”

“This place is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I wanted to get away for a long weekend and the apartment was available. It was so cozy, very clean, and just the perfect spot! Within walking distance to the beach, the ferry, places to eat, and shops. Connie is the best! She left us homemade cookies, snacks, and a gift for staying. She also had brochures available in the apartment. We also loved the pond with the fish and all of the around. Just beautiful! We will definitely be back someday! ”

“Great ample space for our family. With two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for four. We enjoyed the spacious living room and balcony giving us enough room to spread out with our dogs. The kitchen has everything you need, therefore, its nice for whipping up some quick meals or if you need to heat up anything. The location was great and we were able to walk to most attractions although we did drive due to weather. The apartment was newly remodeled and was clean, beautiful and very comfortable.
