“We were a group of friends who got together to celebrate two birthdays. This cottage was perfect. It is secluded and surrounded by trees. It is well equipped for the kitchen, bedding, towels and beds. The terrace is beautiful with garden furniture and a bbq. The basement is perfect for relaxing. What can we say about our host, Dwayne? Kind, attentive, he is very quick to answer our questions. We thank him for the welcome. We will definitely return.”

“Had a lovely last minute visit with 2 friends. Beautiful moonlight over the lake, meals on the deck and swims in the lake. We canoed, paddle boarded and biked in the area - 5 kms to the recreational trail. Ceiling in the loft is probably low for most adults. Scott was very easy to communicate with”

“My family had a great weekend stay at the cottage. Overall the cottage was stocked and setup with everything we needed (with the exception of shampoo which I thought the ad stated was provided - I only found a few bars of soap). The beds and linens are crazy comfortable! The large sofa in the living room is perfect for large groups. We had a boat with us so the dock was amazing to have! Overall a great stay! “We have stayed here before, enjoyed it then so much that it was a natural choice for a return trip to the area. The house is well equipped, Alex is an excellent host and our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The sleeping arrangements are great for families, the kitchen has all the dishes, pots and pans you need to have a lovely dinner in. Would highly recommend this property if you’re in the area. ”

The access to the water is not easy as it is down a path through rocks and when you get to the water it is all green and slimy with a dock covered in goose poop.
