Nice Location
Pros: close to Flagler, ocean front room, sliding glass door in living room and master bedroom. Although you have to go downstairs to coin operated laundry, they were all in working condition. Cons: one of the plastic chairs on balcony was broken. Someone needs to take inventory of items in the closets and clean them out. There is no way to hang anything in the 2nd bedroom closet. There seem to be tons of beach towels and beach gear left from previous renters. Its kinda gross. The master bedroom closet has fans, towels, just random items. One of the towels left behind smelled awful. The unit needs an update and some TLC. The hair dryers didn’t work. You have to contact the off site help and they will contact the maintenance guy. One of the hair dryers had retractable cord that would not stay out. The maintenance guy said ‘just wrap the cord around your hand- that will help it stay out’ The property is not managed by the group at the front desk.

Best location.
On the beach and easily within walking distance of the New Smyrna Beach shopping area. Having stayed there a large number of times over the years, we did notice some items seemed to have been placed on a deferred maintenance schedule. Will most likely go back and hope for the best.

Upon opening the door and seeing an amazing spectacular view of the ocean, we fell in love with our location. We did turn off the air conditioning to open the screen doors to hear the sounds of the waves and feel the gentle breeze. As two elders we were able to walk to the beach and tour Flagler Avenue. It's a healthy and relaxing place to discover. I will definitely be back!

So beautiful!!!!
We had such a nice stay here - the ocean view is beautiful and I loved being on the 2nd floor with 2 younger kids, overlooking the pool. You can wake up and hangout looking at the beach - it was so nice ❤️🏖 We will go again for sure…….we didn’t want to leave 🏖

Dump for the Price and Terrible Check In Process
Look out for Larry at check in. He is determined to make sure you have a terrible check in experience if you book through anybody but Oceania Suites. Larry doesn't care how much you paid or what you're problem is. The unit is run down and needs upgrading in a bad way. Paper Towels and toilet paper are so this you will run out and Larry will not give you any if you didn't book through him. The closets and drawers are so full of the units junk there is not room for guests. It was not a fully equipped kitchen as advertised but broken appliances especially the stove which repeatedly set off the smoke detector. All dishes had to be cleaned before using. If you're expecting beach toys, chairs and towels you will be again disappointed. What an awful place and quite disgusting. Good luck booking this place going through VRBO or Vacasa. Larry will read you the riot act for not booking with Oceania Suites directly. You will wish you believed the reviews and chosen another place.

The condo was very clean the only problem was the screen to the porch was not closing all the way and the noseems filled the condo. We all left with many many bug bites.
