Great View
Great View from 7th Floor; Clean beach with no rocks to worry about; elevator could be faster; water collected in exterior corridor after a storm and had nowhere to drain; best to bring your own water & ice; plenty of room in the unit; great restaurants within walking distance; electronic door lock was a bit touchy but worked; management was available whenever we needed something. TY

Beautiful unit!
Everything looked new. Plenty of kitchen and bath supplies. Had a nice supply of beach and pool items as well. We had our 90-year-old mom and she enjoyed the nice veranda. Would like to stay in that unit next visit.

Wonderful family vacation place!
The condo was so spacious! We appreciated all the extra things like boogie boards, and pool toys. Our kids had such a great first time to the ocean. They really loved the pool too! Thanks for a great day.

Enjoyed our stay!
We loved this condo for our annual sisters/mom get-away! Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean and cute decor! We prefer to be on the area of the beach where there are no cars, but other than that, it was a perfect weekend!

Very Relaxing Looking over the ocean, watching nature is wonderful!!! Walking on the beach is awesome. Amazing restaurants nearby!! Walk across the street to So Napa **YUM!! Cozy Place decorated so nicely.

Freezer
The freezer was cleaned with Fabuloso which is a strong smelling cleaner. We were not able to use the ice because the smell penetrated everything. I would highly recommend not using as much cleaner or try something else. Other than this everything was perfect. An updated information packet would be nice.

Excellent Weekend Getaway
This property ticked all of the boxes for a short weekend getaway to the beach. I stayed with my wife and another couple and would not hesitate to recommend this unit to others. It was very clean and had all of the amenities we required. We would book again if staying in New Smyrna Beach.

Condo was like the pictures. Fans needed dusting and the comforters smelled like dust, but overall clean. Great Condos made us feel like moving cattle. Get you out, as fast as they can. We came in on Christmas Day. I called, texted, emailed, about early check-in, and no one responded. I understand that it’s Christmas, but if you have people checking in a place, someone should be checking emails or phones. The lady on the after hours line was able to help us get checked in after 4:00. I responded about ants and the door not properly closing. A person was able to get back to me about the ants and left a can of Raid by the door. They were quick to send check out information the day before. I emailed and texted about late check-out, no response the day before. We left something in the fridge, and Jeffrey (who wasn’t in the area), was the only person that helped us out quickly. We have worked with many condos and this was by far the worst. If you want someone to help you personally or a quick response this is not the place.

Excellent condo,clean well equipped.
Overall the condo we rented was great. The only thing I could complain about was the operation of the key pad door lock. I called the “help” number a couple times over a period of about 35 minutes because I couldn’t get the lock to work. Finally the person helping saw an “error code” that indicated the last time the lock was operated it got jammed. The help person asked me to pull the door knob towards me and try again. I did and that worked. The Lock worked fine for the rear of stay.

Just Ok...
We booked this property kind of last minute for spring break and were grateful for the opening. When we arrived, we found the building was much, much more dated than we ever expected. The unit itself was a little dated but fine for what we needed. However, there were a few things that were surprising and worth noting. I don't think I've ever stayed somewhere that didn't provide basic toiletries such as facial soap, shampoo, body wash, etc. There was none of that in the unit. There were also no sleeping pillows on the master bed--only the "show" pillows and shams. We had to take two from the guest room which meant there were less sleeping pillows on those beds. Future guests should also note that if you use the beach towels provided in the unit, you are expected to wash and dry them before you check out and there is NO laundry in the unit (as mentioned in the listing). You should also note that if you use any extra towels/linens (beyond what is allowed per bedroom by the property management company), you are expected to wash and dry those as well. Thankfully we brought out own beach towels so not a problem for us but it stood out to me in the check out instructions and wanted to mention that here. Overall, cleanliness was good but we did notice some hair in the drain of the master shower. The building adjacent is very run down and it is very visible from the pool area. Lastly, guests with small children should note that this property is located on the driving portion of the beach. I didn't remember reading that in the property description. It proved to be a challenge for us on beach days with our young children running back and forth to the water and not being accustomed to cars on the beach. Lastly, it was very windy when we were there and the hurricane shutter on the patio rattled all night in the wind. It may need some attention. Nevertheless, we had a nice time and made some nice memories. It's also worth mentioning that communication with the management company was great!

Clean & Well Decorated with an amazing view!
The condo was spacious, well laid out, decorated well, and very clean. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. The master bed/bath suite was very nice. The unit has a lot more furnishings and kitchen supplies than I expected. If I had to ask for more, I wish the deck had higher sitting chairs (which seems to be a thing on most other condos).
