FANTASTIC VACATION PLACE
We took our whole family to this beautiful condo the week of June 15-22nd. We couldnt have asked for a better place. The condo is huge with all the amenities! We didnt feel like we were on top of each other. It was beautifully decorated and had most anything you needed. The air messed up due to a recent lightning storm but was fixed very quickly after one phone call. The unit is on the front side of the building so just a quick walk to the beach. We cant say enough about how pleased we were and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful and Convenient Beach Getaway! Family Friendly
Great top floor condo, really nice space and layout! Our family of 8 never felt the least bit cramped in the space. A lot of room for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the patio outside! The beach is about a 3-5 minute walk across the street and one of the complexes pools is right next door! We would definitely stay here again! I would recommend the host adding a can opener to the kitchen, but otherwise it was adequately stocked. Only slight disappointments were there was no longer a TV on the Patio/Balcony like the photos showed and the middle bedroom bed has a terrible mattress with a big dip in the middle. It should be replaced.

Awesome Vacation!
The penthouse was exactly as listed! The pictures didnt do it justice. Very clean and spacious! The walk to the beach was minutes away. And the beach was so beautiful! Not crowded and clean. We will be back!

Daytona Bike Week
Our vacation was during bike week and we brought our bikes with us on trailers. The community did not allow trailer parking, which we were aware of and made other arrangements ahead of time. We were allotted 1 parking space in the covered garage and extra parking outside. They provide parking passes in the condo. The community was very nice and had plenty of security. We did have a bit of a mix up when we first got there. The rental company sent us the wrong unit check in information. When we went into that unit, we noticed that it was occupied. Thankfully, we did not come in contact with the renters. I contacted the realtor right away and she realized that she sent the wrong unit information and sent us the correct info. Once we got all that sorted out, we were happy with the condo. The place was clean and very nice. There were a few issues that need to be addressed, but we made due without. There is a front patio that can be accessed from the main bedroom and adjacent bedroom, but both access doors were so corroded that you could not open either one. There is a 2nd patio in the back that had a big TV, but was not working and the TV on the 2nd floor was also not hooked up. These problems did not ruin our vacation. We loved the area and the easy beach access. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Spacious penthouse
Condo is well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, the large terrace is protected from the wind. Light and bright with many windows. Furniture is comfortable . Photos are very accurate. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Location very good, a 5 minute walk to an open beach . Pool and hot tub are next door to the condo. We greatly enjoyed our family stay . Would happily stay here again

Great location for visit to New Smyrna
Plenty of room and convenience for large family/group. Great amenities at club house with pool and hot tub at two different locations. Fun nature trail boardwalk. Short walk to beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean and well maintained! We had a few little mishaps with the elevators not working which is no fault of the owners. But when we called Cindy she went above and beyond to help us. We would be happy to stay again!!! Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful condo the owners will not let you down with welcoming accommodations!

Incredible - Could have lived there!
Our stay at this condo was perfect. Everyone, kids and adults, loved the condo. I think everyone wanted to live there haha! It was very spacious and the porch was beautiful. Each room felt very private, and there were lots of common spaces to hang out together. We loved the big kitchen and dining table for meals and for game nights. The pool and gym at the condo were great too. The walk to the beach was very easy and had a nice safe crosswalk for us to use. Great beach. We would stay again!

Excellent location on Beach and near both condo club houses and pools. Clean, loaded with infant fare, puzzles, information. My dad enjoyed the mini vacation and having family come to visit with him. Thank you for the lasting memories.

Great Accommodations forFamily Beach Vacation
The condo was the perfect location and size for our family beach vacation. We had folks from as far away as California , Colorado, Illinois and North Carolina join us and everyone had a great time. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals from infants to older persons. Location was just a short, very convenient walk to the beach and pool. This is our 2nd time renting this condo and we will definitely be back next year.

Family getaway
We were looking for a family vacation place where all 3 of our young adult children and their families could stay and enjoy for a week. Very happy with the entire stay from individual bedrooms and bathrooms for each family to the infant pack and play and high chair for the infant. The pool and nature walkway were big hits with everyone as well as the close proximity to the beach! Thank you for the great memories!

Nice location, in a retirement community
Nice location for the beach and very close to Flager Aveune. The Condo did have an odor to it, I wasn't sure if it was musty or if it was a cat or dog. If was very nice place otherwise and the odor wasn't horrible just noticeable. It did have a nice supply of beach chairs, wagon and a cooler for our use. The community areas for the Ocean Walk Condominium's is more of a Retirement community and is not really kid friendly. The maintenance/security staff are not real friendly. I would recommend staying there but not bringing your kids to play in the pool and use the public areas.

Beautiful Getaway!!
The penthouse was exactly as pictured, beautiful furnishings and well equipped. it was a wonderful weekend!!! Our only issue was the gate, the code was changed while we were there without any notification so imagine our surprise when we returned.
