Casa frente al lago con piscina en encantador Olde Winter Park

Construimos nuestra casa con la belleza de la naturaleza en mente. Hay una vista del lago desde casi todas las habitaciones, que cuenta con grandes ventanas y puertas francesas que hacen la brillante dentro y aireado.
La cocina cocineros está recién remodelado con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de bloque de carnicero, y el granito que rodean el fregadero. Está equipado con todo lo que pueda necesitar, y si no te gusta cocinar, estamos a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes finos, incluyendo nuestro favorito, HOUSTONS. También estamos a sólo un par de pasos de Trader Joes y otras tiendas de comestibles locales.
Hay tres dormitorios grandes, incluyendo el principal y dos baños completos en el piso de arriba, un tocador y un dormitorio / oficina adicional con baño completo adjunto en la planta baja.
Acabamos de instalar una hermosa y nueva piscina de agua salada, rodeada de travertino y una terraza de madera, y amueblada con sólidas sillas de teca, diván y sofá. Además, tenemos varias tablas de paddle y bicicletas para su uso. tienda de Orlando Paddle Board se encuentra a sólo dos edificios más abajo de nosotros, y ofrecen lecciones, kayaks, tablas adicionales, etc.
Estamos a menos de una milla del centro de Winter Park / Park Avenue y Rollins College. Disfrutar de un agradable paseo por las calles de ladrillo revestido, lleno de fantásticas tiendas, restaurantes, la actividad nocturna, y muchos festivales famosos. No hay escasez de actividades aquí!

Family last minute trip
We got really lucky to find this beautiful house in New Smyrna Beach a week before spring break. Our cruise was canceled a week before we were going to board and we were all devastated. This house was amazing and we could come and go so easily to the beach. The pool was awesome and backed right up to Outriggers restaurant with great drinks and food.

Fantastic Property
This property is fantastic. It was perfectly clean and well organized when we arrived. The kitchen is well appointed and you can certainly cook meals if you wish. All furnishings are like new. Beautiful location with a great restaurant steps away. The beach is convenient (just a few minute drive), the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.

Perfect get away
We so enjoyed our stay here! The home was beautiful - clean, comfortable & plenty of room for our crew! We love Outriggers, so it was really convenient to walk to and from drinks and dinner. Plus it wasnt too far from the beach. Right between Canal & Flagler - lots of really nice shopping & restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

the home is beautiful, and the location is ideal. We went to Daytona for the race and this was the perfect home base. Would definitely stay here again. the only negative was that we were not here long enough to enjoy all that New Smyrna had to offer

Great spot for a beach getaway!
Communication with Rachel was great! The house was even better than we imagined, super clean, attention to detail, everything was fully stocked (towels, starter toiletries, clean linens). The location was extremely convenient and safe with a secured gate at the front entrance. The restaurant Outriggers is within the community and has amazing food and drink. I can’t wait to book another getaway at this house!

Perfect canal-front home!
We stayed for a week with our immediate family, 2 adults and 6 kids. The house had plenty of room and was very simple and charming. The kids loved the pool and fishing from the canal. Highly recommend the quiet neighborhood located just a few minutes drive from New Smyrna’s dining and shopping district.

Lovely home in an early-stage-transitional neighborhood
I hesitate to write this review because I only like to say positive things, but when I read all the other reviews I felt 100% certain that we had found the perfect place. I need to be completely honest so that a future renter isn’t surprised like we were. The house itself was spacious and lovely inside. The front porch swing is delightful to sit on and look out at the lake (as long as you keep your eyes forward). I had read other descriptions and was expecting it to be super well appointed, but I found many things missing. It was probably a one off, but we had no soaps or shampoos, no dishwashing detergent, one broken hair dryer, the one adult bike had two flat tires and couldn’t be pumped up and the other was a child’s bike, so it was too small for us to use. (That was a big deal for us, as we had planned to ride bikes all over and the bike rental store in town was closed for the week.) The bed in the master bedroom was a Comfort Air, but one side did not pump up, so it was super saggy. Rachel was incredibly responsive to our needs, but it was frustrating to have to text each day with some little thing. We also wish there were black out curtains in the downstairs bedroom as the garage light shown directly into it. Rachel’s husband did turn out two of the outdoor lights shining in, but there was still one more that couldn’t be turned off. The garage door remote did not work after the first day, so we didn’t have access to the one of the paddle boards (luckily we had taken one out on the first day, so we at least had that, but my teenagers wanted to paddle board together and couldn’t). The pool was nice looking, but we had chilly weather so the water was too cold to swim. Lastly, this is by far the nicest house on the block. That was my biggest shock. I felt a bit uncomfortable being surrounded by houses that looked abandoned. I imagine that in 5-10 years all of those houses will be either knocked down or renovated and it will be a lovely street because it’s a convenient location, but for now it’s pretty rough. Again, I feel badly writing this, Rachel was lovely to work with, but there is a long punch list that needed to be attended to and the neighborhood really is a bit dodgy.

Wonderful Home, great location!
We stayed there for 3 weeks over the summer and cannot be more positive about it. It is a great house, spacious, clean, really good condition. The location is the best!! Close to a wonderful lake and also close to some shops for the essentials. The owners were great at communication and went the extra mile for my family. We have already booked for next year!!

Winter Park Lakefront Home
Our family rented this property for several months this past winter. The home is as advertised with many amenities and convenient to many stores and restaurants. The sunset views are also fantastic. Rachel and David were incredibly responsive. We plan on renting this again next winter!

Perfect Vacation Stay!!
If you're looking for a wonderful home and location in the Orlando/Winter Park area, you need not look any further.....this was it! We live 2 miles from the property, and it was perfect for family members visiting between Christmas and New Year....... to enjoy the holidays, bowl games, and scenic Winter Park! Rachel was very accommodating and helpful before and during their stay. The Winter Park location is about as good as it can get.... close proximity to wonderful restaurants, food, shopping, downtown Winter Park and Orlando. It gave our teenage grandchildren the opportunity to explore, walking or driving, the immediate locale, which has recently exploded with new, exciting restaurants, shops and entertainment options. Sunset views of the lake from the front porch were spectacular. Four adults and four grandchildren(ages 14-22) enjoyed this well-appointed spacious home(we brought our 4 & 8 year old granddaughters over to enjoy the pool). This is a vacation home for any season, because of what Winter Park/Orlando has to offer. We had been looking for months at vacation homes in the Orlando area, and were blessed that this property became available! You feel like you're living in your own private home(not a vacation "community") and have easy travel to theme parks and the beaches, if you desire. We are biased, because we live in Winter Park, but have also utilized HomeAway in the past for beach locations in South Carolina and North Carolina, and feel this property is an excellent value and wonderful accommodation in this area. You can be as relaxed as you want to be, yet get away easily for any adventure. Have no reservations about recommending this property.......it's perfect! Mary and Dennis Ahl Winter Park, Florida

Just like home
We had an amazing experience staying at this property. The house is beautiful and in addition to its luxurious amenities such as a saltwater pool, a lakefront view and dock with paddle boards, spacious rooms, and a garage, it is fully equiped with every tool and supply you could ever need during your stay. It felt like we were staying in our own home rather than being in a rental. The owners are very attentive and their customer service attitude made the stay an even more positive experience. The house is also in a great location as it is within walking distance to many great restaurants, stores and services. We would definitely stay here again!
