Casa de rancho remodelada de tres habitaciones, completa con hermosas encimeras de granito de cocina renovadas y gabinetes y electrodomésticos nuevos. Cocina bien equipada con todo lo que necesitas para comer. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama murphy queen size y un sofá cama queen size. Las 3 habitaciones tienen TV. La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 75 pulgadas con sonido envolvente. La casa cuenta con tv por cable y WiFi incluido. Regrese a un hermoso patio remodelado con piscina. Patio incluye una mesa y parrilla de barbacoa. El hermoso patio trasero tiene un pozo de fuego y espacio para jugar. ¡No hay escalones ni escaleras en ningún lado! Convenientemente ubicado al norte de Tarpon Springs, hogar de los mundialmente famosos Sponge Docks, a poca distancia en auto de la popular playa de Clearwater y a 65 millas de Disney World.

Lovely Stay Near Tampa
We chose this house to stay in to visit Busch Gardens. We are so glad we did! The host was more than accomodating and a pleasure to work with. The house was very clean. The pool was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay again!!

Third time here and it was GREAT again!
We've stayed at Sherri's house three times now and our family loves it. It's close to all the things we love to do in Florida while being in a quiet, tucked away neighborhood. The pool was awesome and we even saw a tortoise walking around the back yard. We'll definitely be back!

CHRISTMAS 2023
Sherri's house is so much more than a house, it is a HOME. To begin with, it was decorated for Christmas, including a small tree! This home is immaculate and the kitchen has every tool and appliance one would ever need. The family room is very comfortable and accommodates a crowd. The very large covered lanai is a perfect outdoor living space, with both a table with chairs and a small outdoor living room set. The well heated pool is even more lovely than pictured and is surrounded by lounge chairs for sun bathing. Sherri is easily accessible and responsive, a true gem of a landlady! We booked our next visit before we left, which I think says it all. If you choose to stay here you will not b e disappointed!

We had a little mom getaway and this was perfect! Sherri’s home was just as described. Extremely clean and well maintained. Very roomy the heated pool was a hit and just what we needed. We would definitely consider this again if she’d have us.

Private Peaceful Paradise
The perfect home away from home. This charming rental is well-cared for and provides everything one would need for a restful vacation. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with enough space to provide for privacy. It is also close enough to stores, restaurants and beaches that you need not drive far. The warm heated pool was especially nice; especially in December! We look forward to coming here again!

Great Stay
This was the second time we have stayed here and it has become one of our families favorite VRBO properties to rent. The pool and patio are top notch along with the kitchen that has just about any appliance you could think of. The host does her best to make sure you have a great time and is always available. Highly recommend this house

Awesome stay!
The house photos are very accurate! The owners were awesome to work with. The location is ideal and private. The pool is enclosed so no bug issues. Some little lizards will get in the pool enclosure but never come near you. They will hang on the outside screened in pool. We had the pool heated and it was amazing. We used the pool everyday. This was the most relaxed vacation we’ve had in years. I can’t wait to come back to use this amazing house!

Absolutely wonderful !
We came to visit family and to host a 4 generation lunch to celebrate our new grandson. The house is conveniently located, clean, well stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. The lanai and pool are spacious and well cared for. Lots of pool toys and floats. A lovely home for a family gathering or quiet get away. Sherri is a great host - and immediately responsive to any questions and concerns. Just perfect ! We will return !

Older but quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, small appliances, detergent, trash bags, paper towels, etc. Also plenty of towels, wash cloths, TP. Very spacious, lots of seating. Pool was definitely the best part! Loved it!

Excellence!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The home was very clean and beautiful, the pool was sparkling, and the location was just perfect. We were close to beaches, grocery stores, and everything in between. The owner is super responsive to any questions that we had. We even got the chance to meet the owner in person and had a wonderful conversation that included many recommendations for sightseeing and eating. I highly recommend this listing and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful home & the most wonderful host
We stayed at the property for a few days before Thanksgiving and had the most wonderful time! We wish we could have stayed longer! The home is a really nice size and feels even bigger with the floor plan. It has everything you need including pots, pans and basic kitchen staples. The location is great and not even a far drive to any beach. The screened in heated pool was amazing!! We felt so at home during our stay! It was like we were staying at a family members home. Sherri the owner, is the kindest person and such a gracious host! Anytime I reached out to her with questions, she was so kind in all of her responses and really cares about the property and makes sure you have a great stay. We're already planning another vacation just so we can stay at this property again. We can't wait to come back!

2nd Time in 2 months!
Another great trip in the books. We rented this house back in June, and decided to come again in August for 8 days. The house did not disappoint. We had a great time in the pool. House is super comfortable and kid friendly. Lot's of space for when we had a family friend who lives nearby visit with his family. Close to everything. This time we even went to Clearwater beach a few times and spent another day in Sarasota. The location of this house is just perfect for the west coast. Again, house was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you again for letting us stay at the "green house" as my 3 year old says!
