Nice venue, great location.
Very nicely decorated and furnished, easy and close street parking. Good neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores nearby, and a coffee shop one block away. The only possible negative is that one room has a bed that is probably 4 feet off the floor, and is a problem for people with disabilities or elderly to get in and out of, and also for small children.

Enjoyable Christmas Week in NOLA
My wife and I (and our dog) just finished a week-long stay through the Christmas holiday and had a truly enjoyable experience. Being our first time visiting New Orleans and having our dog with us, we wanted to avoid staying downtown while still being close enough to utilize public transportation to get there and JazzNest offered just that. The St. Charles street car has a stop within walking distance from the house, however for a few days we ended up parking near the stop to save some steps after multiple days of exploring the French Quarter. Being close to Magazine Street also offered the opportunity to eat at several fantastic local restaurants, and the peaceful neighborhood made it easy to walk our dog and enjoy quiet time throughout the day.

Quick trip
We had a quick trip in NOLA right before our cruise. The Jazz Nest was a great place to relax and unwind after exploring the city. Only complaint was upon arrival trying to unlock the door. Once we got inside there was a note in the book of tips left on how to best work the lock (that would have been beneficial to be sent prior to check-in)

Great location
We stayed in Jazz Nest for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our visit to NOLA. The location is awesome, we walked to restaurants, coffee shops and the dog park. The trolley was a short walk away and a great way to get to the historic district. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood.

Great dog friendly, safe neighborhood!!!!!
Great stay at JazzNest! We stayed with our 2 small dogs and the owners were amazing. They are animal lovers and have three dogs and two cats of their own. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very dog friendly. There is a coffee shop around the corner and multiple restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. There is also a park/dog park one block over. Due to the short-term rental rules in New Orleans the owners must be on site so you are technically renting one side of their home. Older New Orleans style home that has been remodeled. They did have everything we needed. The air conditioner/heat is controlled by the owners from their side of the house, however, there are two window air conditioner units as well as multiple fans for your comfort. When we saw the owners on the porch they did ask about our comfort as well. Bed was very comfortable and house was clean/no mold issues. For allergy sensitive Individuals, they do use gain laundry detergent. We would definitely stay again! .

Awesomeness
Me and my best friend came down for a girls trip and a litrle mothers getaway. The house was absolutely beautiful and decorated for a girls girl. The beds and linen were amazing and we felt so at home. There is a little corner store about 2 mins from the house. We used a lyft to get to bourbon street about 15 minutes away. If i come back to nola i will def stay here again and again.

Exactly as described and super convenient
My husband and I stayed at Jazz Net with our 4 year old and 8 year old. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to transit and shops on the Magazine street. The host is responsive and check in and check out are hassle free. This house is perfect for family and we'd love to come back!

Perfect location!
Wonderful stay! The place was super clean, organized, and we loved the artistic decor! It was in walking distance of plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and a the cutest coffee shop.
